Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Oil

When I first experienced breakage in the middle section of my head, my stylist at the time recommended for me to use castor oil.  So of course I went and did my research and found out the best one to use for treatment of this hair issue would be the Jamaican Black Castor Oil.  I was able to find Tropic Isle JBCO in my local beauty supply store for $5.49.  If you are unable to find it, you can order from TIL through Amazon here.  I have been using it for about a year or so now and it has greatly improved the fullness and thickness of my hair.  As a result of using the JCBO, my hair is much healthier and does not appear as thin.  I can’t even tell which part of my hair had broken off, this stuff is the truth!!!

According to the Tropic Isle Living website you can use their JBCO “as an everyday hair oil or hot oil treatment for dry damaged hair, split ends, poor hair growth, dandruff, dry scalp and to detoxify the scalp”.  I personally don’t use it every day, but it is a major part of my hair care regimen.
Jamaican Black Castor Oil serves as a majority of the oil mixture that I create to use in my applicator bottle.  With this it is applied to my roots and scalp area.  I also use it by itself and massage the JBCO directly to my edges to restore some loss of hair I’ve experience around my crown due to me tightly sewing on my wigs and tight pulling from my braids.  In about 2 to 3 months worth of time my edges are growing back in fuller and stronger.  As a matter of fact, I use this oil in almost every aspect of maintaining and styling my hair from the prepoo, moisturizing and sealing as well as deep conditioning my tresses.

The smell of this oil in the bottle may not be the most appealing but once you apply it to your hair you can’t even smell it.  In fact, when I take my hair down it is always has a fresh scent, probably from the moisturizer and other products I use.  It easily absorbs into your hair and doesn’t weigh your hair down.  I definitely recommend this product for anyone who has hair thinning issues or may have some breakage in any area of their hair.  Jamaican Black Castor Oil is a multipurpose oil to have in your stash.   It also has great benefits for skincare issues such as dry skin, eczema, rashes as well as soothing aching joints and muscles.  Pick your bottle up soon!
